Bo-Mac Contractors is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a working knowledge of accounting principles, especially in a high-volume AR environment. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of billing, payment processing, and reporting activities. Primary Responsibilities Review billing documents for accuracy and post to the companys accounting system. Provide weekly AR reports to jobsite locations and management. Monitor lien and bond claim statuses to ensure compliance and timely filing. Record daily cash receipts from wire transfers and mobile deposits. Reconcile and report cash activity against the general ledger. Maintain and organize AR and general accounting documentation. Assist the Job Cost Accounting Manager with various tasks as needed. Perform additional duties within the organization as assigned. Interact with internal departments and external customers in a professional and courteous manner. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required. 1-3 years of billing or AR experience in a high-volume environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work proactively. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with accounting systems/software is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve effectively.
