The ideal candidate has a strong background in 3-way match processing, inventory-related purchasing, and vendor management. The position offers hands-on experience with a public company, excellent exposure to manufacturing and financial services, and opportunities for advancement. Duties & Responsibilities Review invoices for accuracy and proper approvals Perform a three-way match of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices Resolve discrepancies with internal departments Maintain accurate vendor files Respond to requests from key business partners and internal and external auditors Support automation efforts to drive efficiencies, enhanced controls, and improved accuracy Perform other functions as needed Qualifications & Skills

REQUIRED

3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment Excellent attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills Team player with an outstanding attitude

PREFERRED

Three-way match processing Experience with an ERP system (we are transitioning from Microsoft Dynamics GP to Business Central, so you'll gain exposure to both)

Pay:

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
