Accounts Receivable

Healthy cash flow is the lifeblood of our business, and we are seeking proactive Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialists to join our talent network. In this role, you aren't just managing numbers-you are managing relationships. You will ensure accurate customer billing while maintaining a professional, collaborative approach to collections. $45,000 - $60,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

High SchoolResponsibilities Billing & Invoicing:

Generate and distribute accurate client invoices based on contract terms and sales data.

Cash Application:

Securely post daily incoming payments (ACH, wires, checks, credit cards) to customer accounts, accurately resolving any short-pays. B2

B Collections:

Proactively manage a portfolio of aging accounts, reaching out to customers via phone and email to secure payment while maintaining a positive client relationship.

Credit Management:

Evaluate customer creditworthiness and assist in establishing credit limits.

Dispute Resolution:

Partner with sales and operations teams to research and resolve customer billing discrepancies or billing disputes.
