This is a part-time position (2-3 days per week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Manage accounts payable and receivable Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Work with ownership and outside CPAs as needed Help develop and improve our finance and billing systems

Qualifications:

Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Dental, medical, or healthcare experience is a plus
