Bookkeeper The Volleyball School (Katy, TX)

The Volleyball School is a fast-growing youth sports organization dedicated to developing young athletes and growing the game of volleyball. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team and help manage day-to-day financial operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process bank transactions, set up rules, and handle exceptions in QuickBooks Online (QBO) . Manage accounts payable/receivable and intercompany billing between entities. Monitor cash flow and provide updates to leadership. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly. Record adjustments such as merchant fees and location splits . Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to leadership. Support tax compliance and coordinate with the company's accountant. Manage QBO Payroll setup , tax payments, and exception handling.

Qualifications:

Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience (QBO experience required). Strong understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple entities and intercompany transactions. Familiarity with payroll, tax filings, and compliance preferred.
