May 14, 2026 Accounts Payable / Payroll Specialist Denison, TX $20 - $25 / per hour Full time Apply Now Back Job Description Accounts Payable / Payroll Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable / Payroll Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career or recently out of accounting school who enjoys working with numbers and assisting with payroll and HR-related duties. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable, including invoice matching and vendor payments
• Enter and process weekly payroll accurately and on time
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Maintain employee records and payroll documentation
• Assist with onboarding paperwork, orientations, and drug testing coordination
• Support month-end payroll and accounting activities Qualifications
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with accounting/payroll software preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally Experience with SBT Pro is a plus, but training will be provided.
