Job Description

We're looking for a detail-driven and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist II to join our Accounting team! In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our financial operations accurate, efficient, and running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Process high-volume invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports accurately and on time Code transactions including vouchers, check requests, and credit card reconciliations Prepare payments (checks, ACH, and wire transfers) Communicate with vendors and resolve invoice or payment issues Reconcile vendor accounts and address discrepancies Support month-end close and assist with audits Maintain organized and accurate accounting records
What You Bring:
