The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience and a strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll support, month-end close procedures, and financial recordkeeping. Essential Responsibilities Process vendor invoices and manage Accounts Payable. Prepare customer invoices and maintain Accounts Receivable records. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts. Perform month-end close activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and preparation of financial reports. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Support monthly and year-end financial reporting. Assist with job costing and project expense tracking. Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding financial matters. Qualifications 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience required. Must have experience with both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. Experience performing month-end close procedures and preparing financial reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines. Construction accounting or job-costing experience preferred.
