Full Job Description Job Description:

Self-motivated individual who has good communication skills, that can multi-task, adjust well to change and a team player. You will be working in a fast paced environment. Duties will include weekly data entry, customer billing, collections & accounting. Individual must have an understanding of contracts, terms and conditions, and general project accounting.

Minimum Requirements:

Payroll and verification skills required. Strong knowledge of MS Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting systems required. Able to use Access (while not required would be a plus). Must be able to fluently read, write, speak English. Based on the nature of the work at Standard Utility, even if not driving company vehicles, all employees are required to have a valid Texas Driver License in good standing throughout their employment with us.

Preferred Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 3-5 years of accounts receivable experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to move freely, including ability to stoop, and bend at the knees and waist. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted. Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing. Mon - Friday 8am - 5pm 100% in office 40 Work Week
