Role:
We're looking for a skilled and detail-driven Full-Charge Bookkeeper with a strong accounting background to take ownership of our day-to-day financial operations.
What You'll Do:
Manage QuickBooks, purchase orders, and invoicing Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Maintain accurate financial records and reports Support year-end accounting and tax preparation ✅
What We're Looking For:
Experience as a full-charge bookkeeper Strong general accounting background (3+ years preferred) Manufacturing accounting experience required Print industry experience preferred Experience with year-end taxes Detail-oriented, efficient, and dependable Strong computer skills and professional attitude
