Accounts Payable Specialist Salary:

Accounts Payable Specialist:
Process high-volume vendor invoices across multiple operating companies- Manage full-cycle accounts payable including coding, matching, and payments
- Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and 1099 tracking
- Support weekly payment runs and internal control compliance
- Reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger and assist with month-end close
- Partner with operating teams to resolve invoice and payment issues Qualifications for the
Accounts Payable Specialist:
2-5 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience- Experience in a multi-entity or multi-location environment
- Working knowledge of accounting systems (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliations
