This role is responsible for managing invoice workflows, ensuring timely approvals, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities, and communicating effectively with vendors and internal teams. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a stable and collaborative organization.

Responsiilities :

• Manage the Land Invoice inbox, route invoices for approval, and respond to vendor inquiries
• Process invoices through MetaViewer and ensure all invoices are properly recorded
• Serve as backup support by approving invoices in BuildPro
• Process check requests, voids, and assist with check distribution
• Contact homeowners to verify mailing details for earnest money refund checks

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 1-3 years of Accounts Payable or administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working with accounting systems ( BuildPro , MetaViewer a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage high-volume tasks

• 47,840, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
