MATCHINGEmployee Discounts Role Responsibilities Accounts Receivable & Cash Clearing Reconcile, deposit, and post daily payments across all departments Manage chargebacks, returns, and bad checks File IRS Form 8300 as required Maintain and review assigned accounting schedules Collections Review and approve credit overrides for fixed operations Communicate with vendors to ensure timely collection of receivables Reconcile, deposit, and post payments from receivable vendors Maintain assigned accounting schedules Employee Prerequisites High School Diploma required; college degree preferred 3-5 years of dealership experience with strong accounting skills Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, automotive DMS systems, Web Dealer, and OEM portals Able to handle high call/email volume and multitask efficiently Works well independently and as part of a team Flexible schedule, including extended hours during closing periods Professional, reliable, and strong work ethic
