Job DescriptionJob Description Join our dynamic and thriving Real Estate office in Killeen, TX! We are a full-service real estate company specializing in Residential, Commercial and Property Management. We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual with a background in accounting or finance who can efficiently handle multiple tasks.
Company DescriptionSoldiers of Real Estate manages properties across the Central Texas Area including Temple, Nolanville, Belton, Killeen, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, Kempner and Austin. As a part of the Fort Hood and Austin Area Realtor Associations, Soldiers of Real Estate list properties on the MLS and has represented many satisfied Central Texas home buyers and sellers over the years.
Schedule:
Monday- Friday | 8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM Some Saturdays | 9:00 AM
- 12:00
PM Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and receivable Allocate and apply funds to appropriate accounts Perform audits on accounts Prepare financial statements in software Process vendor bills Process work orders Utilize Microsoft Office / Google Work Space efficiently Represent the company in court for eviction proceedings Answer and direct phone callsQualifications:
Experience in accounting or finance Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Comfortable handling legal proceedings related to evictions Must speakSpanish Job Type:
