Overview Join the 2M Machinery team in Lindale as a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant and become a vital part of our organization's success! You will handle essential bookkeeping tasks, manage front desk responsibilities, and provide exceptional customer service—all while maintaining a helpful and positive office environment. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record reconciliation Serve as the front desk receptionist, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth Answer direct phone calls, and provide excellent customer support Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accuracy in all clerical tasks Support office management functions such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document proofreading Assist with customer service by addressing client questions promptly and courteously via phone or email Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, proofing documents, and managing office supplies Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) Experience with front desk operations; bilingual abilities are a plus Strong attention to detail for proofreading, data entry accuracy, and filing systems Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to support clients effectively Previous experience in Construction equipment rentals or sales is advantageous but not required Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism Join us to be part of a great team that values your organizational talents and dedication.
