Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk for a client in Lubbock, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks and a strong understanding of accounts payable processes. This role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices and ensure timely payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate financial records Assist with month-end closing tasks Communicate with vendors regarding billing inquiries Utilize QuickBooks for daily accounting functions

Qualifications:

Previous accounts payable experience required Proficiency with QuickBooks is a must Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic knowledge of accounting principles Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
