Job Description
Exciting Employment Opportunity! The Midland Central Office for AutoInc has an immediate opening for a General Clerical position. Full-Time, Monday through Friday 8-5. We provide one on one training, plus we offer a full benefits package including medical, dental, and supplemental insurance, 401K, paid vacations, and a friendly, professional atmosphere! Experience preferred, but we will train the right person. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization skills and be able to complete the following job requirements for multiple dealerships: Secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts; resolving discrepancies. Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices. Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related duties as needed. Send resume for consideration.
