We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. If you have experience in accounting, strong organizational skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable:

Generate and send customer invoices Track and follow up on outstanding payments Apply payments and maintain accurate records Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies Prepare and distribute AR aging reports Assist in credit and collections processes

Accounts Payable:

Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts Maintain AP records and ensure compliance with company policies Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies Assist with month-end closing and reporting

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable roles Knowledge of accounting software (, SAP, or similar) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience in the aggregates, construction, or manufacturing industry is a plus
