In this role, you will manage accurate recording of financial transactions, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the overall financial health of our organization. Your expertise will help maintain transparent and reliable financial records. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your accounting skills in a fast-paced environment that values precision, integrity, and proactive problem-solving. Duties Maintain and update the general ledger using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms. Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions. Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable/payable, and general ledger accounts regularly to ensure data accuracy. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis. Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Manage accounts payable and receivable workflows, ensuring timely payments and collections. Generate detailed financial reports and assist in budgeting processes to support organizational planning. Pay:
