Job Description

  • Accounting Specialist
  • The Accounting Specialist is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, including processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with reporting and compliance activities. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions + Prepare and post journal entries + Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and sub-ledgers + Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities + Maintain accurate financial records and documentation + Support audits by providing requested financial information + Monitor expense reports and ensure proper coding and approval + Assist with payroll processing and related reconciliations, if applicable + Communicate with internal departments and external vendors regarding billing or payment issues •Qualifications•+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field + 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (preferred) + Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software + Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.
g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Pay Details:
  • $23.
