Non-Exempt Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to grow your career in finance? We're looking for a Finance Clerk to join our team and play a key role in supporting our daily financial operations. If you enjoy working with numbers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in accuracy, this opportunity is for you.
  • What You'll Do As a Finance Clerk, you will help keep our financial operations running smoothly by: Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable Processing invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner Assisting with bank reconciliations and reviewing daily cash reports Supporting payroll processing through data entry and verification Generating and reviewing basic financial reports Organizing financial documentation for audits and internal use Assisting with various accounting and administrative tasks as needed •What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role (preferred) Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organization and time management skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Strong communication and teamwork skills •Education High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred •Work Environment Office-based role with regular computer use Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Occasional overtime may be required
