Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and distribute customer invoicesPost cash receipts (ACH, wire, check, credit card) accurately and timelyMonitor AR aging and follow up on past-due balancesReconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepanciesMaintain detailed and accurate records of all transactionsApply payments and ensure proper allocation across accountsCollaborate with sales and customer service to resolve issuesAssist with month-end close, including AR reconciliations and reportingPrepare reports on aging, collections activity, and cash forecasting
