Full Job Description SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage the financial records at ProHealth Vitals Solutions, LLC, a Healthcare Management Company providing a variety of services, including bookkeeping for our clients. The bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for our clients as well as our internal records. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial transactions, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Record and maintain all financial transactions accurately and timely Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts Process payroll and maintain payroll records Prepare and submit invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Prepare documentation for tax filings and audits Monitor cash flow and report financial discrepancies Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation Assist management with budgeting and financial planning as needed Work closely with CEO/President to prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports for clients
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Proficiency in Online QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Excellent written and verbal communication skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Based on Experience / Starting @ $21.50 per hour (increase in base starting rate will be determined by years of experience and knowledge of desired skills)
