Tarvos Talent is partnering with a growing services organization to hire a Cash Applications Specialist in Round Rock, TX. This is a primarily in?office role with flexibility after ramp?up, offering strong leadership support, a collaborative team culture, and long?term stability within a company experiencing rapid growth through acquisition. Responsibilities Apply daily cash receipts accurately across multiple customer accounts and entities Research and resolve unapplied cash, short pays, and payment discrepancies Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding payment inquiries Partner with AR, billing, and internal teams to ensure accurate posting and resolution Maintain detailed documentation with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness Assist with process improvements as the company continues to scale Qualifications 3+ years of cash applications or related accounts receivable experience Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic Excel skills required (formatting, formulas, data manipulation) Experience with Great Plains or HighRadius is a plus, but not required Team?oriented, inquisitive, and comfortable asking questions in a collaborative setting For immediate and confidential consideration, please call 512.828.6700 for more information.
