Accounts Receivable Clerk

Overview of Responsibilities; include but are not limited to: Maintain client files All invoicing to clients Receive & posting of payments either by credit card, check or cash Provide management weekly A/R reports Prepare Daily Sales Report Maintain listing of all deposits Daily run to Post Office and bank as needed Work closely with staff coordinating invoicing & payments Work with clients as needed for payments and assist in collecting past due payments

Knowledge/Skill Set:

Quickbooks Desktop experience Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook Maintain a high level of intellectual curiosity, high energy and self starter Must be able to effectively communicate with clients and leadership teams in a professional and friendly manner Candidate must be a team player and be accepting of changes and adaptions to new processes, while clearly conveying information and ideas Possess the ability to interface in a support and consulting role with all levels of the organization through well-developed interpersonal skills Pay Range will be based on experience. This position has room for growth and opportunity. Flexible but consistent schedule.
