Wire Transfer Clerk American National bank of Texas United States, Texas, Terrell Jun 03, 2026 Description The Wire Transfer Clerk processes wire transfers, checks for fraud and validates sufficient funds. The individual handles customer support dealing with wire transfers. Processes all incoming and outgoing transfers Validates the availability of funds prior to submission of wire transfer Verifies outgoing wires with the information on the profile database, following written procedures in place Assists in reconciling daily wire activity Handles customer requests, inquiries and complaints, referring to supervisor when necessary Performs call backs on wire transfers over designated dollar volume to limit the exposure for Fraud Performs data entry as needed for tracking of product volumes, ACH and RDC Requires work on physical bank premises -
Terrell, TX Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED 2 years of clerical experience; banking experience preferred
Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word; basic keyboarding and calculator skills; must be able to do simple math and carry out written instructions Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30 lbs.
