Full job description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Professional with a strong background in construction accounting and job costing to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and understands the critical importance of accuracy, timeliness, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Process high-volume vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency Review and verify coding to appropriate jobs and cost categories Manage subcontractor payments, lien waivers, and compliance documentation Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end close, accruals, and reporting Maintain vendor records and ensure proper documentation Support project managers with job cost tracking and reporting Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies

Qualifications:

3+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in the construction industry Strong understanding of job costing and construction accounting practices Experience with ComputerEase highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Compensation:

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
