AR Clerk

We have an immediate position available for a detail oriented AR Clerk who desires a position in a fast-growing international company. This position is well suited for an individual who enjoys working in a team environment but also excels working at an individual level.

Responsibilities include:

Assist in the processing of Customer payments via checks, EFT, and wire transfer Communicate with customers to resolve problems and account reconciliation Perform a variety of accounts receivable transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording A/R data Generate reports detailing payments status Perform all job responsibilities with professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and demands Ability to gather data and prepare reports Enter data into various systems accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

Excellent organizational skills Good numeric reasoning and numerical ability required 2 years' combined experience in accounts payables and receivables Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Excellent computer proficiency with MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook What's In It for You?
