Job Description

D&B Oilfield Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented person to work in our home office in Yorktown, TX.
Position Overview:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, specifically focusing on the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Process a high volume of invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
