We make the best-designed, highest-quality toys on the planet, built to spark pure joy. Now we're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist who's equal parts relationship builder and relentless closer, someone who can keep our cash flow healthy without ever losing the human touch that makes our brand what it is. You'll work closely with our finance and operations team to make sure every dollar we've earned actually comes in. You're not here to send polite reminders and hope for the best. You're here to own our receivables, drive daily collection targets, and build the kind of customer relationships that make paying on time feel like the easy choice.

What You'll Do:

Own the full collections cycle, proactively contacting customers with outstanding balances by phone and email and driving a consistent daily cash collection target. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through every interaction, handling sensitive conversations with professionalism, patience, and a steady resolve to get things resolved. Create, review, and send accurate invoices, ensuring every account is documented and up to date before a balance ever becomes a problem. Manage and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks Online, keeping records clean and current across all open and closed receivables. Track and monitor incoming payments through Ramp, flagging discrepancies and following up on anything that falls outside expected timing. Learn and operate MarketTime for order and account management (full training provided, this one is ours to teach). Partner with sales and customer success to resolve disputes quickly, keeping relationships intact while protecting the company's financial position. Report on daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance, surfacing trends and flagging at-risk accounts before they escalate.

What You Bring:

2+ years of accounts receivable or collections experience, with a track record of hitting targets and resolving aging balances. A confident, persistent communication style on the phone. You know how to have a firm conversation without leaving the customer feeling bad about it. Solid hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, payment application, and account reconciliation. Familiarity with Ramp or comparable expense and payment tracking platforms. Strong attention to detail when it comes to invoice accuracy, account documentation, and financial record keeping. The ability to manage a high volume of accounts without losing track of where each one stands. A self-starter mindset. You don't wait to be told an account is overdue. You already know.
