Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine essential bookkeeping responsibilities with vital administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will bring energy, organization, and a proactive attitude to handle a variety of tasks, from managing financial records to providing exceptional customer service. What you'll be doing: Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records Reconciling accounts Assisting with payroll Generating basic financial reports for ownership Supporting the office manager with financial administrative tasks as needed What we're looking for: Experience in bookkeeping or accounting (healthcare or small business background a plus) Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software Organized, accurate, and self-directed Comfortable working independently in a small office setting Someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a team, even part-time The details: Part-time hours Competitive hourly pay based on experience Friendly, supportive team environment Qualifications Proven experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks and strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Previous office experience with clerical tasks including filing, data entry, proofreading, and document management Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette Strong typing skills along with attention to detail; administrative experience preferred in medical or dental reception environments If you're someone who takes pride in keeping the financial side of a business running smoothly and wants a role where you're truly appreciated — we'd love to hear from you.
