Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic individual for an Office Assistant in a professional work environment to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have upbeat, positive energy. This role is essential for maintaining efficient office functions and providing excellent customer service. Will be required to work Monday-Friday from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. and may occasionally be asked to cover other shifts for Office Manager About Us Real Estate Titans is one of the top real estate brokerages in Carbon County, known for delivering high-level service, strong communication, and a commitment to excellence. Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized, fast-learning Office Assistant with strong aptitude to help support daily operations, compliance, and company growth. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to our success . You will work directly with leadership and play a key role in protecting the company, supporting agents, and improving systems. Key Responsibilities You will work closely with our Office Manager and assist with: Protecting the company, its clients, and its employees (Top Priority) Maintaining compliance on all transaction files and documents Assisting with trust account audits and financial tracking Accounts Payable / Receivable & general accounting Managing and updating systems including BrokerMint, Lofty CRM, and DoorLoop Monitoring leads and distributing per company policy Maintaining transaction logs and earnest money records Supporting property management tasks (rent collection, distributions, etc.) Assisting with software implementation, training, and process improvement Quality control and ensuring systems are followed Sales support and assisting agents with transactions Social media, advertising, and reputation management Answering phones and assisting clients in-office Assisting broker with office and sales-related tasks Employee & contractor onboarding Event planning and coordination Bank deposits, mailers, and office organization Ordering and stocking supplies General office upkeep and cleanliness Communication with agents, title companies, vendors, and clients Participating in brainstorming and growth initiatives Other duties as needed in a growing company What We're Looking For Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly Strong tech/software aptitude (CRMs, accounting systems, etc.) Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communication and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with a "figure it out" mentality Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company Why Join Real Estate Titans?
