Submittal Accounting Specialist | Richmond, UT Nexeo Staffing is seeking an Accounting Specialist for a temporary opportunity with a well-established organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong Excel skills, data entry experience, bookkeeping knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. The Accounting Specialist will support daily accounting operations, financial data management, account reconciliation, and administrative support functions to ensure accurate recordkeeping and smooth business operations.   • Support daily accounting operations, bookkeeping tasks, and administrative support functions
  • Perform data entry, maintain financial records, and update accounting systems with accuracy
  • Review invoices, verify transactions, and process accounting documentation
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets, reporting, data tracking, and financial analysis
  • Assist with account reconciliation, general ledger support, and reporting tasks
  • Maintain organized filing systems, document management, and recordkeeping processes
  • Communicate with internal teams to gather financial information and verify data accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and confidentiality standards
  • Support auditing, financial reporting, and accounting projects as needed
  • Provide administrative support including email communication, document preparation, and office coordination Qualifications
  • Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or office administration preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, spreadsheets, data analysis, and reporting
  • Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite:
Excel, Word, Outlook
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization in financial data entry and recordkeeping
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; accounting or business coursework preferred
  • Ability to work onsite full-time, Monday through Friday Pay $24.00
  • 31.00 per hour Schedule Day Shift | Monday
  • Friday | 8:00 AM
