JOB SUMMARY

We're looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to manage our financial records, ensure accuracy and compliance, and provide support to our management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. In addition to this, they will have to know and understand DMV and car title processes and procedures.

DAILY RESPNSIBILITIES

•

MANAGE AND MAINTAIN ACCURATE FINANCIAL RECORDS, INCLUDING ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, PAYROLL AND GENERAL LEDGER

•

PROCESS AND RECONCILE BANK STATEMENTS

•

PREPARE AND REVIEW FINANCIAL STATEMENT, INCLUDING BALANCE SHEETS AND INCOME STATEMENTS

•

ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH ACCOUNTING STANDARDS AND REGURLATIONS

•

MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY OF FINANCIAL INFORMATION

•

PERFORM OTHER ACCOUNTING AND ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS AS REQUIRED WHAT WE OFFER
