Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Assistant / Bookkeeper to support our accounting and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable handling both financial and office support tasks in a fast-paced environment. Accounts Receivable / Bookkeeping Prepare, issue, and track invoices and payment Record and apply customer payments accurately Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances Reconcile accounts and assist with monthly reports Maintain organized and accurate financial records Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks Will be trained on QuickBooks Office / Administrative Support Provide general office support, assist other departments Assist with payroll Answer phones and respond to emails professionally Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination Support management with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting support preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PDF Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar) is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Good communication and time-management skills Education High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree or coursework in accounting or business is a plus How to
