ASAP We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Specialist to join a growing team on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR) experience who is looking to contribute quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process high-volume invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment (AP) Manage billing, cash applications, and collections (AR) Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end close activities Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of accounting experience, with a focus in AR, AP, or both strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (ERP experience preferred) Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting strong communication and problem-solving skills Why This Role?
