is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to manage accounts receivable, pursue outstanding debts, and keep our billing operations running smoothly. This is a detail-oriented, trust-critical role with direct access to sensitive financial data. Responsibilities Receive, sort, and process incoming payments with accuracy Issue and post bills, invoices, and receipts; update AR database Monitor account balances and identify inconsistencies Keep clients informed of outstanding balances; resolve billing disputes Pursue delinquent accounts; escalate to attorney or outside agency as needed Draft demand letters and collection notices Prepare AR reports in QuickBooks Online File, scan, and archive billing documents daily — physical and digital Requirements 3+ years QuickBooks Online experience — current and active (required) Proven collections experience (required) High attention to detail and trustworthiness Vendor platform experience a plus: Nexus, RealPage, VendorCafe, NetVendor, Ops Merchant Must commute to or relocate to Manassas, VA 20109 before start date
