Job Description

Are you someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and keeping things organized? We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining positive customer relationships while helping ensure timely payment of outstanding accounts. If you're a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer service with account management responsibilities, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets and updating information as needed Communicating with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans Collecting payments from customers and accurately recording them in the system Creating reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses Updating client accounts based on payment or contact information Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, payment arrangements, disputes, and follow-up activities within our account management system. Process credit card payments and authorizations when required. Communicate with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset while following company policies and procedures. Manage daily tasks efficiently and ensure unresolved matters are properly communicated for continued account support. Partner with internal departments to resolve account issues and deliver a positive customer experience. What You'll Bring Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, customer service, call center operations, or a related field is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and handle sensitive conversations professionally. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy. Comfortable using computer systems, databases, and data-entry applications. Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
