Job Description

Position Summary:
The account assistant will be responsible for providing support to the accounting department, including tasks such as, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation of accounts and GL's, manage collection/past due accounts, daily maintain and establish communications with both internal sales staff and customers, and organizing financial documents. The administrator will also assist with using accounting software to manage financial records. Essential Job Functions
  • Organization of essential documents
  • Account Receivable and Payables
  • Reconciliation of accounts and GL's
  • Manage collection/past due accounts
  • Must be well versed in Excel Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required College degree in accounting and/or related experience in finance field preferred
  • Experience in administrative assistance and accounting
  • Experience with ERP (accounting systems)
  • Ability to meet routine deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
