Accounts Payable Clerk

Join our team at Trump National Golf Club! We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to join our team as the Accounts Receivable Clerk.

Duties:

Responsible for monthly billing, reporting and mailing of monthly member statements Accurate and timely processing of members payments Research and resolve all billing issues Prepare aging report Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers Update and maintain member database These duties are intended to describe the general nature of the position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on business needs

Education Requirements:

2+ years of Accounts payable experience Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred

Experience and Requirements:

Must have strong Microsoft Office skills Must be self- directed, detail-oriented, customer-focused, organized, and able to work in a team-oriented environment Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
