This isn't just a data-entry desk job. You'll play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly while working alongside a supportive, down-to-earth team that values reliability, accuracy, and positive energy. What You'll Be Doing Assisting with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks Working in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook daily Entering and organizing financial and dealership data Supporting reporting, paperwork, and document management Helping maintain accurate records and smooth office operations Working closely with multiple departments in a team-focused environment What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable using Excel, Word, and Outlook Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed Reliable, dependable, and motivated to learn Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience required Someone who enjoys staying busy and keeping things on track Why People Love Working Here At Coggins Auto Group, you're not just another employee number.
