Hiring:

Part Time AP / Payroll Specialist Are you looking for a part time position with an employer who makes a difference in our community? We are currently interviewing for a part time Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist.

What you would be doing:

Accounts Payable:

Vendor management, ACH payments, and credit card reconciliations.

Payroll:

Timesheets, benefits, and reimbursements.

Reporting:

Assisting our Finance Director with audits and year-end closing.

Skills & Requirements:

Associates Degree or certificate in accounting/bookkeeping (preferred, but not required) OR 2+ years experience with AP/AR tasks, payroll, data entry and/or bookkeeping 1+ years experience using Quickbooks online or desktop (preferred, but we can train you!)
