LOCATION

 

Vancouver, WA SALARY:

 $20+ per hour

SCHEDULE

 Full-Time, Mon-Fri 9a-6p, Temp to hire or Temp (during tax season)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with general accounting and bookkeeping tasks Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks Online and Desktop Support account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data Assist with preparation of year-end tax returns, ensuring supporting documentation is accurate andplete Input andanize financial information within ProSeries for tax preparation and review Assist with administrative and data entry tasks as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or tax preparer (for businesses) role Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop Experience with ProSeries tax software preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The position performs general office duties in a temperature-controlled environment and requires the ability to sit, stand, and work at aputer for extended period
