We design and build high-end contemporary homes with a strong emphasis on quality, functionality, and attention to detail. We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support our operations and assist with the following responsibilities: Weekly accounts payable processing Credit card and bank reconciliations Preparation of quarterly and annual tax reports Contractor compliance verification Utilities and vendor account management Answering and directing incoming phone calls Skills & Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail Strong and clear communication skills Highly organized and efficient 3-5 years of practical QuickBooks experience Experience with Buildertrend is a plus This is a full-time, 100% on-site position based in Bellevue, WA. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
