The manager is looking for someone who has a strong background in AP and has at least five years of experience. You will be managing full-cycle AP tasks, so you need to be organized, communicative, and have high attention to detail. This role is fully in office in Bothell, WA. This position offers a quick interview process with a supportive team. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including high-volume PO and non-PO invoice processing with strong accuracy and problem-solving to resolve discrepancies Process domestic and international vendor invoices and payments across multiple currencies Execute weekly payment runs and ensure timely disbursements Review coding, approvals, and vendor records to maintain compliance; support W-9 tracking and annual 1099 reporting Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment holds, and vendor issues in collaboration with internal teams Reconcile vendor statements and respond to inquiries to maintain strong vendor relationships Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals, reporting, and audit support Support process improvements and handle additional accounting projects as needed Qualifications Five or more years of accounts payable experience; additional accounting exposure is a plus Background in high-volume AP environments, preferably in technology or manufacturing Strong attention to detail with a track record of maintaining accurate financial data Solid knowledge of accounting principles, including prepaids and three-way matching Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Able to manage deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment
Pay Details:
