Job Description Overview:

We are a staffing company partnering with reputable organizations throughout Kitsap, Jefferson, and Clallam Counties to place qualified accounting and finance professionals in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles. These opportunities range from entry-level to senior-level positions depending on experience and client needs.

JOB DUTIES

May include but not limited to the following: Perform general accounting and bookkeeping functions Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts Assist with month-end and year-end close Prepare financial reports and documentation Support payroll processing and compliance Maintain accurate financial records

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or banking Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
