Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable Specialist Process high-volume invoices, including 3-way matching, data entry, and routing for approvals Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries in collaboration with internal teams Support full-cycle AP functions, including payment runs, check printing, ACH, and wire processing Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal support Maintain organized digital records and assist with document management Provide general support to the finance team as needed
