Job DescriptionJob Description Accounts Receivable Specialists, Leads and Managers! We're partnering with a rapidly growing industry leader in the automotive parts space seeking an AR professional who enjoys solving complex problems, digging into reconciliations, and helping bring order to a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Manage customer accounts and aging reports Perform detailed AR reconciliations and research discrepancies Resolve billing issues, missing invoices, and outstanding balances Support collections efforts and customer communication Partner with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to resolve account issues Help improve AR processes and procedures What We're Looking For 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills Experience working in larger, complex organizations Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment This isn't a maintenance role! You'll be joining a team that's actively rebuilding and improving the AR function under strong leadership.
