$27-$30/hr About the Job Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local company to fill a Full Charge Bookkeeper position in Olympia. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong accounting experience who enjoys managing full-cycle bookkeeping responsibilities in a professional office environment. This role will have a strong focus on corporate tax filings, financial accuracy, and maintaining organized accounting systems using QuickBooks Desktop. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential. Compensation is $27-$30/hr depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing full-cycle bookkeeping functions Preparing and assisting with corporate tax filings Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing Bank and account reconciliations General ledger maintenance and journal entries Payroll processing and payroll reporting Preparing financial reports and supporting documentation Maintaining accurate records within QuickBooks Desktop Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting processes

What You Bring:

Previous full charge bookkeeping experience Strong experience using QuickBooks Desktop Experience with corporate tax filings and related accounting processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities Professional communication skills Comfortable handling confidential financial information Why Express?
