Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable & receivable Reconcile bank and credit card statements Maintain accurate financial records Process invoice and payments Assist with payroll and expense tracking Prepare financial reports as needed Work with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Qualifications Pervious bookkeeping experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to maintain confidentiality Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Experience in a law office is a plus Must have a car and be insured If you are organized, dependable, and ready to contribute to a professional legal team, we encourage you to apply today.
